Mid-Level Providers
Nurse Practitioners (C.R.N.P.) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) are midlevel providers/nonphysician practitioners that are licensed and/or certified to treat patients under the supervision of a physician. Nurse Practioners have obtained specific training and subsequent certification following licensure as registered nurses (R.N.) Physician Assistants have undergone specific training in an accredited Physician Assistant program and are nationally certified and state licensed. The midlevel providers at Lehigh Valley Cardiology Associates serve in collaborative roles with our physicians in the hospital and office settings.
