Robert H. Biggs, D.O., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.O.I.Dr. Robert H. Biggs received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship and a residency at the Hospital of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. A cardiology fellowship at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center followed. Dr. Biggs served in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1985. He is a commander in the United States Naval Reserve, inactive. Dr. Biggs is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Osteopathic Internists, and is certified by the American College of Nuclear Cardiology. He is President of Lehigh Valley Cardiology Associates. Dr. Biggs serves as Director of the Heart Station, as well as Rehabilitation and Prevention at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg, Medical Director of Lehigh Valley Cardiology Associate’s Nuclear Cardiology Laboratory, and is a member of Lehigh Valley’s American Heart Association Executive Leadership Team. Dr. Biggs is a native of Bethlehem, and lives there with his wife, Jane, and their four children. He enjoys golf, running, and reading. |
