George A. Persin, D.O., F.A.C.C.
Dr. George A. Persin received his undergraduate degree from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital and the Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh. During his fellowship training at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Persin developed expertise in all areas of non-invasive cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Persin currently serves as Associate Chief of Cardiology at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg and is the Medical Director of Lehigh Valley Cardiology Associate’s Echocardiology Laboratory.
Dr. Persin resides in Bethlehem, with his wife, Dr. Maureen Persin, and their three children. His interests include skiing and running.
